YOGA WITH L - SACRED WOMEN’S CIRCLES | SPACE HOLDERS SHOOT

My Space Holders Shoot is designed to show the incredible soul work of many Perth women.

From reiki masters, yogis, naturopaths, massage therapists, sound healers and many more I capture the magic of healing and transformation so that you can easily represent what you do online and save time by not needing to endlessly trawl through stock libraries.

Most of all I help more women shine their light and show the contribution they are making to the world.

Lian from Yoga with L holds ‘Sacred Women’s Circles’ at Feld & Co in Booragoon and they are designed to allow women a space to relax and nurture themselves away from busy everyday life. Her main message is for women to value themselves and set practices in place where they honour their whole mind/body/soul. The practices Lian offers are feminine flowing movements plus restorative therapeutic practices that help to calm the nervous system, turn off the fight or flight and turn on the relaxation response.
